Always consistently great service. Jack was not only courteous, thorough and responsive, he made me feel like I was the only client there even though they were very busy. Sales experience was great, but everything after that was a disaster. Car delivered with scratches on the instrument cluster, white stain on dash, and black smudge on headliner.
