I had a slow leak in one of my tires that I had reported the previous visit service on my 2021 Lexus RX 350; he was both professional and friendly. I had a slow leak in one of my tires that I had reported the previous visit and was assured everything was fine. I was told I had a nail in the tire and they replaced it for free.
