David Demro did an excellent job making sure he answered all my questions during my purchase. He was not pushy and really wanted to take time and verify everything throughout the buying process. I already take my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 for maintenance so I kind of felt like it was easy to walk in but David's customer support and humble mentality really made it a wonderful experience. As we were talking final pricing, we didn't have any grudges or gripes. He understood where I wanted to be and also understood I didn't need a new vehicle I wanted one. They were also very supportive of my military background and appreciated my commitment as well. I would recommend South Oak to any of my friends and family. More

Superb, Professional, FRIENDLY Service! We had gone in to look at our options for a truck. We were always "Ford" people. When we had pulled in the lot Dan Santangelo had come out and introduced himself and asked if he could help. We told him we were just looking for a truck to see what they had to offer. He was NOT pushy and let us choose what we wanted and we were not even sure we were going to buy, but yet he treated us with the utmost respect and did not just walk away even though he knew it wasn't a definite sale. Once we found the truck we wanted, he worked tirelessly to find the perfect fit for us. He is an amazing salesman and will get you the best deal on the vehicle you want. He is very honest and did not make promises that he could not keep. I would highly recommend to go and see Dan. More
A Salesman Who Treats You Like Family?? We had bought a truck from Dan Santangelo and took it on a trip to the mountains, when we returned we took it in for an oil change, when we pulled up We had bought a truck from Dan Santangelo and took it on a trip to the mountains, when we returned we took it in for an oil change, when we pulled up Dan had seen us and walked out to ask if everything was okay, he actually walked us into service and explained why we were there and that we were his customers, he then got us water and was genuinely interested in our trip and how the truck handled. As we were pulling out of the lot I spotted a car that caught my attention and asked my husband to stop, Dan had seen us stop and came out of the dealership to ask if everything was okay. I explained I was looking at the car I had seen and that it was super sharp looking! He ASKED if I wanted to drive it, he was NOT pushy and I did not feel forced into driving it or pressured to buy it. We ended up back at the dealership the next day as I couldn't get the car out of my head. I drove it and bought it that night, the truck and my car (that I absolutely LOVE), were bought from Dan in less than a 3 week span. I had struck a deal for some "extra" work to be done to my car when I bought it and Dan PERSONALLY made sure that it was done. The first time it was not done to HIS satisfaction and I didn't even see it, he called told me that HE WASN'T satisfied and he was having it redone. This is the kind of service that is beyond amazing and makes you feel that you are not just a quick customer and a quick paycheck. Dan ACTUALLY cares about his customers. I will not go to another dealer and I will not deal with another salesman. He treats you like family. He even remembered I was diabetic and knowing that buying wasn't the plan, went and got me a candy bar and water to make sure I was okay! Where else can you find service like that? Dan is an AMAZING person which makes him an AMAZING salesman. You will not be sorry! More
