I inquired about a price, was given a great price via email and subsequently went to purchase the car I inquired on. BUT, then find out the price I was sent and confirmed with the lady that sent it when I called to set an appt included rebates that not all buyers are eligible for. That was not explained on the phone or in the email. Found out AFTER the credit was run that the price I WAS getting was 4K more than what I was emailed. After I expressed my displeasure in the deceit, Matt, a very attentive, professional and diligent salesman a worked with the sales manager and got me a very comperable deal for very close to the payment and terms I went in expecting to initially get. Very fast finance guy too, in and out of that office in under 10 mins. Internet pricing/sales personnel need to get it together, asap. The salesman, sales manager and finance guy are TOP NOTCH! Those 3 are real assets to the dealership. More

They make promises just make a deal I just bought a 2015 Dodge Journey. It didn't have Bluetooth, I want the one built in the radio. The salesman said they would put one in for free to m I just bought a 2015 Dodge Journey. It didn't have Bluetooth, I want the one built in the radio. The salesman said they would put one in for free to make the deal. My wife and I said in the radio, they agreed. They told me to bring the car back next week for they can put it in. So next week comes, my wife takes the car on Friday. She waited for the car for 2 hours for aftermarket Bluetooth that I did not want and they didn't even wash the car after they where done. I call up the salesman up told that will not work and they need to remove that, put the one I want. They removed it but said the one I want costs more and they would split the difference. I told them that was not the deal. Salesman then offered remote start to make the deal right. I get there, Mark Hester said no on the remote start cause he is losing money on removing the fake Bluetooth. So no Bluetooth or remote start. I will not go back to that dealership for any services More
