I came into the dealership per finding a truck on the website that I was interested in. The only issue, would the truck fit in my garage. I called Jason to get some measurements on the truck, which he was nice enough to get someone to help him and go out in the FREEZING weather and get for me. Per the measurements I was unsure if the truck would fit and if it did it would be very close. I called back and asked if I could come in, see the truck, try to make a decision based on the size of that truck compared to my current one and go from that point. Jason said absolutely however he was going to be unable to be there when I got there so Erin would help me. When I arrived, Erin was very pleasant and helpful. While taking down info on my possible trade in, she asked if I wanted to take the truck home to see if it actually would fit because I was unsure. I said that would be nice, and she talked to someone who gave the OK. I took the truck home, unfortunately it was just to big and this was not a purchase that I could justify. So, I returned the next day with the truck. Of course I knew that I was going to be asked questions so I went to Erin's desk and we chatted for a little while. I told her that I could not justify a purchase which she then asked if I would mind speaking to Mark. Mark came over and we chatted. I explained that I liked the RAMs very much and I would have to try to figure out my next steps. I left with a nice feeling about not only the dealership, but also about the staff that I had interacted with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone based on my experience. If in my decision, I find a RAM that suits my needs, I will hopefully deal with this dealership or a dealership that can give me the same experience. More
