My experience at South Oak Dodge was very positive. When we entered the dealership, we were greeted warmly. Because we had an appointment, we did not have to wait. Our salesperson did not hesitate to get t we entered the dealership, we were greeted warmly. Because we had an appointment, we did not have to wait. Our salesperson did not hesitate to get the information on the car we wanted and within minutes we were test driving it. My husband was quite satisfied and then we decided to move the process along in purchasing the car. What we really liked was the del they put together and came in within our budget. It took a while for us to see the finance manager, but we were very satisfied with the dealer. We would recommend this dealer to our friends and will go there again for ourselves when the time comes.
