Had an appointment for 9:15 for oil change while I wait. Sat until 10:55, they said another 30 min. Checked in again 11:55, was was told car was not even brought in yet. While I was waiting for rep assistance, they took walk ins. Why do walk ins take priority over appointments? Unacceptable to wait 3 hours for a 15 minute service to not even be performed. I had a major issue with my Hyundai where I could not reverse my car (couldn’t back in, make a u-turn, parallel park) and needed it to be seen by a Hyundai service center. While I have Hyundai service centers closer than this location I chose South Shore and was very happy I did. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and informative. Without my inquiring they looked at my issue and submitted it for review and was able to get my issue resolved without cost to me under warranty. Their customer service was excellent and felt it was important to give them a positive review. More
