I went a few times to the dealership before closing the deal, yet Yesenia was always very patient and courteous. I never felt rushed or pressured as it was the case in other dealerships. I got into a lease for a Hyundai IOniq because I only had $500 that day as I was shopping for deals. I preferred to return with a larger down payment but the sales associate agreed to move forward with $500 $500 that day as I was shopping for deals. Few days later the finance manager tells me he forgot to take an additional $500 from me due to the contract lease states a deposit of $1112. I explain to the manager that was not agreement I had with the sales associate. Due to their negligence, I will not return to this dealer in the near future. More

Won't accept leased car return - no room on lot - VERY RUDE I have been trying for days to return my lease Hyundai and getting a run-around. They take my phone number and say someone will get back to me, no on I have been trying for days to return my lease Hyundai and getting a run-around. They take my phone number and say someone will get back to me, no one ever does, I call and am given a name of someone to speak to (Robert Betts) who is not in but they again take my number. He doesn't call me. I call back and they tell me he doesn't come in until 12.. I wait til after 12 to call back and am told he's not coming in today. I wait another day and call and again I'm told he isn't in an wont be in until 12. I aks if someone else can help with a leased car return - after waiting 10 minutes they connect with with someone who gives me the third degree about where I "bought" the car and wen I told him it was aother Hyundai dealer he tells me he has no room and can put me on a waiting list and then said something about me incurring charges for the car on their lot. He was very rude basically said that I can't return it to them and I should try another dealer. More
