She was so sweet and good with my parents. When they pulled up she had put a beautiful big red bow on the hood of the car. She got us coffee and then explained what would happen next. When it was time for her to go over the features of the car with them, she really showed true customer service, patience and genuine concern. My dad is an elderly man and is easily flustered. She took her time, made sure he understood everything and didn't get out of the car until she was sure he was comfortable with everything. When they were done, she asked them to stand by the car so she could take a picture. Then she told them to do a little dance so she could take a video. It was the cutest thing, even my dad did a little dance. So, bottom line, if you are going to purchase a car, definitely see Yesenia. She's the best!! More

Ron is ALWAYS available to help me along with anything having to do with my lease. I recently began my second lease, and Ron took care of everything for me. He had it all prepared before I came in, and answered any questions I had. But MOST of all, I told him what I could afford, and he was able to come through for me with no BS! Falysha Pierre-Lys explained all the "extras" i could purchase as far as coverages were concerned, and after I indicated I wouldn't be interested, she didn't PRESSURE me to listen again and again and again! What a breath of fresh air. Lulu I have every confidence would help me in a pinch is Ron isn't available...she stays in constant contact via e-mail, and I know her interest is genuine. My only complaint was when I both had to sign the lease contracts and pay for the vehicle, my time waiting for both was almost an hour and a half. She spent so much time getting me insurance quotes and finally got coverage that worked so that I could get the car that I wanted straight off the showroom floor. The only thing that threw me off was when I sat down to sign the contract and was told by a rep that my monthly car payment that I spent an hour negotiating to an affordable rate would actually be $70 higher. This was my first time purchasing so i was unaware that this price would change. I was so upset and ready to get my downpayment refunded after all the time Yesenia and I spent together getting the numbers to work within my budget. Anyway, at the end of the day I am glad that my time and her time and hard work were not wasted because a manager came in and lowered my monthly payment even more than what Yesenia and I had agreed to. Now my commute to and from home are so enjoyable in my brand spanking new 2020 orange veloster. Thank you for all of your help Yesenia! More
