I brought my car in for its 16 000 mile service. They performed the necessary work which included an oil change and replacing cabin and air filters. The waiting area is always spotless and comfortable with a tv and free beverages. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I was checked in by Kevin and he reported to me what issues needed to be completed which I then signed some papers to be done. When all was completed, Kevin came back and went over what they did in my car. I proceeded to the cashier, who's warm and friendly, to pay for my service. If you pay by charge, they tack on a surcharge. Next time, I'll pay with cash. Then, you proceed to the person who gets your car. Unfortunately, my car was blocked in and I had to wait until they jockeyed cars around to get to my car. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. More
