I scheduled the first appointment of the day (7am) for an oil change and brought the car in at that time. There were already 8 vehicles ahead of me in line and I did not talk to a representative until 7:30. oil change and brought the car in at that time. There were already 8 vehicles ahead of me in line and I did not talk to a representative until 7:30. I also had to wait an additional 2 1/2 hours to get the car back and did not leave until 10am. That is entirely too long for a simple oil change. Having said that, the staff was friendly and professional and the waiting room was clean, comfortable, and had free coffee available. More
