He showed us all of the features of the car,and he was super patient and didn't mind repeating it if I did not understand or needed to try it out. .He was such a pleasure to have spent the time it takes to deliver a vehicle and made sure everything was taken care of including trading in my old car. This time I had the pleasure of having Falysha Pierre-Lys do my financing and final paperwork. She was so great and funny and smart and the thing I loved the most is she was not pushy at all. She explained everything and was so knowledgeable and also was not trying to force me or guilt me into buying additional coverage.
