Most Helpful It was Labor Day weekend and my mom and I had driven past the dealership and seen a couple cars that she had liked in the lot. we pulled into the dea It was Labor Day weekend and my mom and I had driven past the dealership and seen a couple cars that she had liked in the lot. we pulled into the dealership and as soon as we got out a car Tubby approached us. He was so friendly and kind in greeting us we were surprised because usually we never get that kind of service. My mom wasn't typically in the market for a new car we had just stopped to see a car she had liked. Tubby helped reassure her about the benefits of getting the car, and even gave her time to think about her purchase. He is not in any way pushy and has an amazing sense of humor. He treats you more like a friend, rather than a customer, which we loved and felt very welcomed. Long story short, my mom ended up getting the car and Tubby even stayed and helped us with the features on my mothers new Mazda. When it comes time to get new cars, I will definitely go to South Shore Hyundai and go and see Tubby, he's amazing! More

My experience with Troy and South Shore Hyundai. I had a great experience with Troy when I came into the dealership and was looking for information to lease a car. He showed me the different models I had a great experience with Troy when I came into the dealership and was looking for information to lease a car. He showed me the different models and I really liked the Sonata. He then asked me what I needed to have in the car as far as extras. Then we went for a ride in the Sonata and I really liked the way it handeled. We then went over to look in the extra lot at the red Sonata sports edition and I fell in love. Troy was so nice and patient with me as I asked him so many questions, and then I signed the lease. I was unable to take the car that day, so I came back the next day to pick up my new car. Troy took the time to show me all of the extras that my car had and showed me how to work them. He also set up the initial phone contacts and Explained all I needed to know.
