Unfriendly service. No one seemed to care, everybody was either in their phones or just nonchalant acting as if they did not want to be bothered. While I know traffic and times are uncertain for the shuttle, the lady that finally answered who do I see for service was the same one that told me the shuttle was pulling up yet it was another 10 minutes before he came. Had me late coming back from lunch. Then pulling off I saw her and another receptionist smirking as if saying “you’re on our time we don’t have to service you or make anything comfortable for you.” More
