Have a problem in service department went last weekend Saturday to get my oil change. The next day car stated linking oil really bad. Took my car back to the dealership Monday are Tuesday and look at it a Saturday to get my oil change. The next day car stated linking oil really bad. Get back home my car still linking oil a lot. So I had my mechanic to look at my car and they said my oil pan was full of oil and my oil level was low. So I had to spend money this weekend to get my car back working the right way and I have left 3 messages no one call me yet and every time I call no one answer the phone and it's during work hours very disappointed right now. This dealership will stand by their word and make sure you are happy and complete. After i purchased my truck and nearly two months later i noticed something wrong with my suspension. Brought it in and turns out it wasnt covered under my warranty but they went out of their way to complete the repair with no cost to me. Due to the complication of the repair it did take longer than I wanted. Im not the easiest person to deal with but everyone at this dealership was friendly and professional the entire time. Thank you to the general manager Cameron and Sam in the service department who gave me frequent updates on my trucks status. April in service and Emily in the loaner car department were incredibly sweet and when i had to interact with them they made everything quick and simple. Justin in sales sold me my truck and I have to say he was not pushy like other sales people which i dont like but he was there to help me with my purchase while answering my questions to the point and very professional. My service appointment was scheduled for 7:30am. Upon arrival I only had to wait for about a minute before my service advisor approached and checked me in.
