This was my first time using “Express Service “. Coming in at 4 pm for an oil change. Heather Druin kindly explained that I could leave it over night, it would be ready first thing in the morning ( Coming in at 4 pm for an oil change. She explained all the services that were coming up and the approximate price. Fact it was ready by 8 am. My steering wheel locked when I got in my car. Heather saved the day by teaching me how to unlock it. Thankfully I made it to work in plenty of time. More

The work that was conducted did not solve the problems for my Jeep. I had to take it to another mechanic to fix. Then Southern did not notify me when my car was ready. Was not to happy on this last visit because of an emergency my service advisor was called away and my car sat unworked on for 3 days and I had a 7am appt on Wed & my car was not worked on until the f emergency my service advisor was called away and my car sat unworked on for 3 days and I had a 7am appt on Wed & my car was not worked on until the following Tuesday. I did not find out anything until Friday. Wasn’t happy at all the way this was handled along with a very unpleasant cashier supervisor when asked a question about when the cost to evaluate my issue wasn’t removed once the work was done ($2000+) I am a loyal long time customer and was very disappointed with the way this was handled… I should have been compensated for what happened. Loyal Customer & will still continue as such. More
