Communication was lacking. Seemed to be inexperienced technicians as they could not recognize faulty cam phasers. Initial report was the were no abnormal sounds. Vehicle was in shop for almost 4 weeks while the same repair on my expedition previously only took 3 days. Workmanship resulted in the Engine Control system has detected a misalignment between the engines internal components which required additional rework and more time in the shop. More
No body answer the phone in the Service department ? ? . Kevin was out sick and I had no way of finding out my status on vehicle. Only found the next day Which meant 2 day of not knowing details of my ve ? . Kevin was out sick and I had no way of finding out my status on vehicle. After 4 days no vehicle he told the thermostat in the grill was replaced and said I was good to go. At the last minute was recalled saying it was still not working and wanted to trace the wiring harness. At that point was so mad ?? and questioning Kevin trying to resolve the problem he was just rude . I came and picked up my car and paid for a part that did resolve the problem Now my engine light comes on and says low engine coolant when it is full. Kevin didn't volunteer the thermostat wasn't working after it was replaced. I had to ask him. As I was waiting to check out he was not there and I heard a employee say they avoid him if possible. Also my Uber ride went to the wrong address and was canceled on me to get my car . I have bought 2 cars from your location. I will never own a Ford again . More
