4 hours for a oil change and inspection is ridiculous. Communication was horrible. When it was finally completed on the way home the low oil notification came on. Luckily I was close to a dealer close to Communication was horrible. When it was finally completed on the way home the low oil notification came on. Luckily I was close to a dealer close to my home. The took a look and found a double washer had been installed on the oil drain causing a lot of oil to be lost on me first oil change on my brand new Sonota. After making many phone calls and messages left for the general manager, sales manager, service manager and as of today I haver heard from no one. I am livid with Southern Hundai, should have bought my car from Reputable dealership. More
