Had to research safety belt warranty myself and tell them where to find it. Resulted in delay and not having my car for 3 days. Poor communication and their phone transfer service/service line was not functi where to find it. Resulted in delay and not having my car for 3 days. Poor communication and their phone transfer service/service line was not functioning for the duration of the time they had my vehicle so it was impossible to get in touch with them. Their text service was also not functioning. Had to repeatedly call alternate extensions where I explained problem and they still transferred me back to service line that was not working multiple times. More
