With three Mazda‘s, we’ve been going to this dealership for many years. My experience yesterday did not live up to previous visits. It took far longer than expected – three hours! And while everyone was very pleasant, I would have appreciated a heads up and a notice that my bill was going to be over $800. In previous visits, the service person had always let me know ahead of time to give me the option of continuing with recommended service or not. I always did, but I didn’t end up feeling taken. More
