Repair took all day. I was not prepared for that. When i commented, the staff was defensive, not apologetic. Would have appreciated a car wash, but maybe the cold weather I was not prepared for that. My experience was great. I requested to be seen earlier, a couple of hours before my appointment if they could accommodate me. They were able to fit me in and they were able! My service with Melissa was informative, friendly, and also helped me navigate some check ups my car will need in the future. It is always a good experience with Melissa and Mike, they make Subaru a better/best service department in my opinion. More
