I initially dropped the car off because the horn stopped working I also explained the acceleration issues. Well he didn't include the horn in the write up he did when I dropped the car off. Then I dropped the car off with a full tank of gas for it back with a half a tank of gas and 200 additional miles on the car. Then when I dropped the car right back off that God Melissa was there because she explained that they don't even look at my horn and the service manager never apologized for the misstep More

The new service manager of the Volkswagen department and he didn't include the things I told him and then had to drop the car back off after driving the car half way home.

The employees there are always happy and kind they always walk through everything thoroughly.
