Took my vehicle to another Volkswagen dealership out of town who not only messed up my key fob but was absolutely rude and a pain to deal with.. Ended up having to take my vehicle to the Southern Team loca town who not only messed up my key fob but was absolutely rude and a pain to deal with.. Ended up having to take my vehicle to the Southern Team location to have the issues resolved. After hours of being on the phone, these sweet women who were working to resolve the previous dealerships mistakes, finally got the issue resolved and were so polite and patient. In addition, while waiting to be helped, the same ladies helping me had another customer who was demanding and awfully hateful to them and they dealt with it so professionally and calmly. Those poor women working the service desk deserve one xxxx of a raise to say the least with what they deal with on the daily. More
