Thank you for your feedback, Reginald. We are the same Team with the exact same staff. Online scheduling systems have limitations and we do our best. The truth is that we are using the exact same system that First Team had with the same exact staff and the issues are still the same that we have always had; which is that this program can only make appointments for certain standard maintenance items. These online systems are not capable of addressing mechanical repair requests. Southern Team has even added personnel to our existing call center to help answer calls, yet the current health challenges are making this more difficult. Like so many businesses right now, we are struggling to keep a full staff. We have the same staffing challenges as every business and we are working hard to keep up. We are simply short of staffed everywhere and our Team is working hard to make up for those that are not here. If you need immediate assistance please ask for our Service Director, Eric Horn and he and his Team will do their best to help!
