The service team members are great as they have been for a long time, but the system seems to have taken a turn for the worse since First Team became Southern Team. The phone system is more complex and get a long time, but the system seems to have taken a turn for the worse since First Team became Southern Team. I would have never bought a Subaru anywhere else but when it comes time to buy my next one, I am going to explore options. I hate to say this and I hope ST will evaluate their processes to make them more customer friendly rather than focusing on what is best for their bottom line. More
I usually have an good experience, but this time they gave me an appointment on a Saturday, never again!!!!!! I had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change & inspection, and I wasnt told this til I finall gave me an appointment on a Saturday, never again!!!!!!
