The sales team and service front desk team are great. The reason for the poor rating is the mechanic dinted my driver door on the lift and left oil all in the engine bay. They were very professional ! They got my car in on time and finished it in a timely matter as well ! Best of all the young gentleman that checked me in took the time to go to car They got my car in on time and finished it in a timely matter as well ! To be fair, I gave them a tough problem to solve. I wanted to get a second key programmed for a 2003 Rialta RV (VW Eurovan Chassis). They attempted for a couple of hours and contacted VW service to n I wanted to get a second key programmed for a 2003 Rialta RV (VW Eurovan Chassis). They attempted for a couple of hours and contacted VW service to no avail. I was told they would continue to reach out to VW for a solution to getting a second key to start the vehicle. A month later no response to my phone call attempting to follow up. Disappointed! While waiting, the waiting area was having a window replaced which let a lot of cold air in and lots of construction noise. I'm sure things are better now. More
