We brought our car in to have an oil change and tire rotation done. While doing the oil change the oil filter slipped from the technician’s hand. This allowed all to spill onto some of the hot services rotation done. While doing the oil change the oil filter slipped from the technician’s hand. This allowed all to spill onto some of the hot services of the engine and caused some smoking. I realize this was an accident and it was nothing serious but the smell of the smoke was giving my wife headaches. We spoke to the service manager he told us to come back in and gave us a loaner car . They kept the car the next day cleaned all the oil from the engine compartment and made everything just like it was before the oil change. The fact that they worked so well and so easily with us made this all a problem that was taken care of quickly. More
