The staff here is horrible, I took a survey after I purchased my Optima, answered all the questions honestly and got a voicemail full of threats from their "sales specialist" Claude Abbott. When I called him back to try to fix the problem he suggested I head back to the dealership to fight him. This happened awhile ago and he's still employed with Southlake. This just shows how poor the management is at this location. I love my Kia and I think you will too, but buy it from real professionals who will treat you right More

Rafael, Tom, and Tony got it done I walked in and said this is what I want and this is what I need. Without hesitation they showed me what I wanted and actually offered me an exception I walked in and said this is what I want and this is what I need. Without hesitation they showed me what I wanted and actually offered me an exceptional deal but even so it was above my budget limit. So then we broke down to brass tacks and got what I "needed" at the price I wanted, which was an acceptable compromise. The point here though is they took the time to show me what I wanted even if I could not afford it.
