Finance manager tried to sell him over $8000 in back end products(gap, dent and ding, paint protection etc) Luckily he had only signed all the paperwork and not driven off the lot. Had I not intervened, they would have taken him to the cleaners for about $15,000. They also gave him $2000 less for his trade than it is worth. More
Totally destroyed my confidence in any dealership The financial officer that was working with us , we were told the deal was done & sealed, we were waiting on a payment book, kept calling trying to l The financial officer that was working with us , we were told the deal was done & sealed, we were waiting on a payment book, kept calling trying to locate our payment book, we were told not to worry, enjoy driving our car it would be there , after many calls then a couple days before the first payment was due we found out the financial boss up and quits and we are not financed!!! We are told that it’s not only our deals that have been left unfinished but 17 other people’s deals hanging .and they are scrambling to clean up all of his mess..We had our Kia for almost four months & then was informed that they couldn’t finance us. All is well and good but why would you put 24 hard hits on someone’s credit? The worst part of it all is the Gm or Gm in training was so unprofessional, he didn’t even have the common courtesy to take me in the office while he spoke to me to give me some sort of respect and privacy, that he gave me this news that I had to return my car on the sales room floor!! More

New Kia Sedona We just bought a new 2018 Kia Sedona which we love. However, when negotiating with the sales staff the internet sales manager promised us some gifts We just bought a new 2018 Kia Sedona which we love. However, when negotiating with the sales staff the internet sales manager promised us some gifts as part of the deal. When we came in, the staff seemed surprised by this and they ended up giving us four $5 gift cards to Wal Mart. $5 gift cards for a $30,000 purchase?!?!? Then after being told the transaction would be quick because our credit had already been approved, it took over three hours to get going. Not to mention that the van was not as clean as our salesperson Glen had expected. He offered to have us stay another 20 minutes after they had three hours to have it ready since they knew we were coming and when. We liked out salesperson Glen but felt that the dealership really didn't live up to their promises nor did they make us feel like we were important to them. More
