I have a service agreement with Kia but was told I had to pay for my oil change due to the fact that Kia was bought out. Why should I, the customer, have to pay for something I paid for when I purchased the pay for my oil change due to the fact that Kia was bought out. My sales representative Mustafa was great. Going into signing, I should have walked out and almost did a couple times. I got the run around and have now found out that I was lied to. Not happy at all wit signing, I should have walked out and almost did a couple times. I got the run around and have now found out that I was lied to. Not happy at all with that experience. I have called up to the office a couple times after buying my vehicle with questions and have never spoken to a representative. I'm transfered, a machine answers, left messages with NO RETURN CALL.
