Worst car buying experience ever! The customer service was terrible. After working with the salesman all day long over email and text, we agreed on a price and when I came into to sign The customer service was terrible. When I explained that I had been working on a deal on this particular car they told me I needed to wait to see if the other guys was going to buy it first. I walked out! More

Awesome sauce! I went to southwest KIA in a panic because I had a lease and I was over the allotted miles. I called and got a salesman by the name of Stan. This man I went to southwest KIA in a panic because I had a lease and I was over the allotted miles. I called and got a salesman by the name of Stan. This man was absolutely amazing! He told me “I will not quit until you are out of that lease and driving off with a brand new car and it will NOT be a lease” and he didn’t!! Parents new car purchase My parents had problems originally with there purchase. However after I talked to Stan the salesman he corrected the problem.
