We went in on a Saturday morning, we were there at our appointm Our experience was very very good.Jonathan took care of us right from the parking lot. We went in on a Saturday morning, we were there at our appointment time. It was not too busy right at first but got busier as it got later. Jonathan was there to answer all or questions and kept us informed throughout the full transaction. The car went to make ready and Jonathan continued to check on us till it was ready. Great Service and choice for first time buyer! From the moment I entered the KIA dealership, I was met with a smiling face. I had no idea what car I wanted or what kind of payment I would be able From the moment I entered the KIA dealership, I was met with a smiling face. I had no idea what car I wanted or what kind of payment I would be able to take on. I had heard many good things about the Southwest KIA location and knew it was the best place to start looking for an affordable car. I had always had help from family and have never bought a brand new car. My first thoughts were that I needed a used car and could probably only ever get a small car. I pride myself on being on time and the day I walked in to look for a car, I was late. That didn't matter. Stan (who was by appointment only) was the best salesman i've ever had. He was patient and listened to my wants and wishes, a couple of hours later, I walked out a new car-owner with no help from family. I never felt pressured or disappointed in any selection I was offered. With my credit and no money down, I was able to drive and take home a 2018 Kia! Thank you SWK for your guidance in the buying process and my new car! More
