I explained my physical needs to my Sales Rep, Nick Kitner. He showed me the Outback which satisfied my request since it had all the safety features, remote power tailgate, etc.. Nick was very thorough in showing me all the features before the sale and once again after I bought the car. He is a great asset to the dealership. Everyone's demeanor at the agency was polite and respectful. It was truly a great experience at this dealership. Mo Abassi, the finance manager was very helpful in assisting me with financing. Falcone will definitely get my first consideration when purchasing a Subaru. I definitely will recommend them to friends & relatives. More

Unsatisfied with Service Department My Subaru Outback had a recall (airbag issue). After receiving a letter in the mail, I found a date that we could manage w/o the car for a day and mad My Subaru Outback had a recall (airbag issue). After receiving a letter in the mail, I found a date that we could manage w/o the car for a day and made the appointment a week ahead. Dropped the vehicle off the night before for scheduled service the next day. Subaru called on the day service was to be performed stating they did not have any airbags in stock and could not do anything. Considering I made the appointment in advance and they were aware of the recall issue they should have notified me NOT to bring the car in and rescheduled. The letter stated we could be provided a loaner if needed, although I tried to avoid originally, however when I found they needed to keep the vehicle another day I asked about getting a loaner since I had to be at work the next day and the service rep stated they had nothing available. Poor customer service. More

Couldn’t be happier I had to trade in my disabled vehicle and was upside down on my loan. I ended up with a 2018 Tiguan and I love it. The staff I worked with did everyth I had to trade in my disabled vehicle and was upside down on my loan. I ended up with a 2018 Tiguan and I love it. The staff I worked with did everything they could to get me the best deal. They were honest and always gave me a time frame so I wasn't sitting and waiting for an unknown amount of time. I love my new car and couldn't be happier with my experience. More
