Tech, if you can call him that, didn't know how to properly perform an oil change. What should have taken 45 min max took 90. Put next oil change due at 44k miles and my vehicle has 133k on it. Had to come back immediately to get my wheel lock key from him. Had to come back the next day to have SOME of the residual oil cleaned off. More still dripped onto my drive. Oh... and I got charged $115 for all of this! xxxx poor. More

They got me in quickly, prices were reasonable for the services I asked to be done. They did not try to upset me on useless services. The bad - soon as I pulled out of the lot, my dashboard warning light services I asked to be done. They did not try to upset me on useless services. The bad - soon as I pulled out of the lot, my dashboard warning light came on telling me my start stop system was not available and to service my stop start system. I called right away and informed them of this, and was told that this is not uncommon and it means I have to replace my auxiliary battery and I can bring it back in so they can do it. I asked them to confirm that this is just coincidence and not an oversight on the work done to my vehicle. They confirmed yes, it was just coincidence and perfect timing despite this dashvoard warning light never appearing before through out the life of my car. I said okay, thank you, and hung up. Once home, I fixed the issue myself, it was the fault of the shop, and I will absolutely not be returning to this location for any routine maintenance work as I no longer trust this Spitzer service center. The work I paid to be done was done right and well but the lack of accountability and immediate offer to charge ne more money to have something repaired that wasn't broke prior to bringing my car in here was more than enough to make sure I do not return.
