I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and the lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. She took all my info as usual and told me I was ready to go. As I went to leave Sean Mangan came running out Y at the desk was very nice and helpful. She took all my info as usual and told me I was ready to go. As I went to leave Sean Mangan came running out YELLING at me and saying why was I leaving he didn't have any info on me. I told him the the lady at the desk had got everything. He told me that did not matter he needed me in his system. He was very rude and I don't know if I will be bringing my vehicle back or buy another vehicle from you after this interaction. I have also felt welcomed and treated very well when doing business with you but this was an awful experience More
