He was able to get me into something better for less than $50 more. He is a great sales person and I would most definitely refer others just because of his salesmanship. Mixed Review This is the second car that we have leased from the dealership. Jim Parsons did a good job of locating a vehicle but the financing department did not This is the second car that we have leased from the dealership. Jim Parsons did a good job of locating a vehicle but the financing department did not really fully explain the costs involved or the process of closing out the old lease. We were told that we would need to contact our bank to stop the automatic payment. Our bank told us that we would need to contact the leasing department of Kia which we did and successfully closed out the old account. Also we were to get a military deduction but we did not see that listed on the agreement. It would be helpful if we could have had the costs on the lease agreement explained. My husband did have a frozen account on his transunion credit report due to Equifax situation and Vince did work out a way to finance with just my name so that was helpful but even then we were given the wrong number to call and release the account. More
