That is how a deal is meant to be done. None of this back and forth crap for hours on end. Listen to the customer on budget and tell them yes or no. Don't screw around. Steve is the man!!! I wouldn't have been bothered if he couldn't meet budget, I was just looking for an answer to my request and he did exactly that and very quickly!! Other dealers take note!! This is how business is meant to be done!! Messing around for hours is why people give dealers a bad name. More

I called the service dept 5 times over 2 days to ask a warranty question. Never received a return call. Took my vehicle in to do a diagnostics without knowing if it would be covered under warranty or not. The kia has 52k and was purchased in May of 2020. Isn't there a bumper to bumper warranty? Under up paying for the diagnostic because the spark plugs had carbon on them and that was considered maintenance. More

Kia Spitzer Cleveland advertised black Friday deal. $2,000 any car in stock and an additional $500 off towards a trade. I spoke to the internet sales representative Alexis and she confirmed the availab $2,000 any car in stock and an additional $500 off towards a trade. The advertisement is a total SCAM. Conveniently, the in stock car that I was interested in and confirmed by the internet sales representative wasn't on sale. There was no 'Cash' discount incentive and no extra $500 on a trade. The whole deal is a scam. BEWARE. When questioned about the 'LIFETIME. power train warranty....only valid if Spitzer does all the maintenance on the vehicle (no oil changes at Goodyear, Conrad or other affordable service centers. Since I am only reviewing this bad experience, I will not comment on several earlier attempts to do business with Spitzer. More
