Did service I didn't want. Sat for 3 hours only to find out they did the recall I told them not to do because I didn't have time. James knows it was a bad experience. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. They worked quickly which is good as buying a car could be stressful enough. Finance was easy and efficient too. Maybe 2 areas to note was making the deal, it felt some numbers were being hidden but we worked through it. Also the car looked great upon pickup but I lifted the floor mats and found dirt and salt all under those matts. The detail team did. It vacuum the car, they just put the rubber floor mats over the dirt. Kylor took it back and they cleaned it up. There are scratches on both side mirrors and I texted Kylor about it Sunday but know it's his day off. Other than that, this dealership has been great to work with. More
