Been a customer for years and never had a problem here sales and service was always good. Had vehicle in for inspection and it needed 2 license plate bulbs replaced. i was told it would be $66 dollars to sales and service was always good. Had vehicle in for inspection and it needed 2 license plate bulbs replaced. i was told it would be $66 dollars to replace. 2 bulbs cost $5.97 literally 4 screws need removed and bulbs put in a 5 minute job. I asked if I could stop and put them in myself and was told if it wasn't done by service the vehicle would fail inspection and I would have to reschedule and pay a $30 re-inspection fee. I didn't have time to reschedule so I had to pay the obnoxious $66 fee. Of course, being upset I said I was writing a review at which time I was told if I write a review, I would be banned from the dealership. So much for the new Tundra I was considering buying at the end of the year. I'll take my business elsewhere. I used to love this dealership YOU LET ME DOWN SPITZER More
