When I arrived at Sport Mazda I was greeted by Chris Atencio, a very knowledgeable and friendly sales associate. Chris and I took the test drive and he pointed out all the key safety features of the car. He wanted to be sure I was familiar and aware of all this car has to offer. After that we went inside and started discussing my trade -in value and price of the CX5. There was no high pressure or back and forth negotiation. Mark Cappetta, another sales associate came offer and we painlessly negotiated a deal I was extremely happy with! I then met with Bud Daley, in finance and he went over all the paper work in a timely and informative fashion. So there is my car buying story. Not the usual painful experience associated with car buying in the past but one where you feel like....... your buying a car from a family member! More
