Once you are at the dealership, everything is great. Everyone is very professional. But in this age of Covid, and for customer convenience, they need to make sure that hard transferred calls get pick Everyone is very professional. Apparently their phone system switch from legacy company to new company has gone not well. One time on hold for 20 minutes, no one picked up. Second time, following morning gave up after 6 minutes. For transfer to service desk. Last time I gave my personal info to receptionist and asked her to hand off to someone to return my call, since transferred calls "went nowhere". Gave a 5 for friendliness strictly due to Renee. Some of the other people behind the counter, even if they are not going to help you specifically, could say hello or good morning, acknowledge you, as opposed to making you feel like you are not even in the room. I would like to recommend Nathan for his professionalism and courtesy during my vehicle purchase. I live in Kissimmee so I had to think twice before driving to Longwood to see a vehicle but I am so glad I did because the minute I walked in , I felt like I was at a place that were not trying to push me into buying something I didn’t want or needed and went straight to the point in regards to meet the advertised number on their ad without too much hassle. At one point throughout the negotiation , there was a discrepancy regarding how much they were offering me for my trade but Nathan helped me get the trade in offer I was looking for .
