Worst Dealer in Central Florida! From sales to service, I have not had a good experience. Heavy handed sales team and service is the worst I have ever seen. I purchased my new SkyActiv Mazda 3 from Cory Fairbanks Mazda two months ago. I had been waiting for the SkyActiv and was so excited to finally be able to test drive the car I had been reading so much abo Mazda two months ago. Mark was my salesperson and I was impressed that he knew even more about the 2012 SkyActiv than I did! I had done my research and I was a little more than excited to finally be able to see and drive the car I had been waiting for. It was all I had hope it would be and more. Once I was done with my test drive I went to sign on the dotted line and was very pleased with my finance person Brian. He got me a better rate than I could have hoped for and he's a Bill's fan! When it was finally time for me to drive off in my new Mazda Mike, one of the manager's, came out make sure there weren't any details that were missed and to make sure that I was happy. I just had my first oil change (I did a lot of showing off) and I was super impressed with the service department as well. Jimmy took care of my car like it was his own and even picked me up some lunch while I waited. I highly recommend Cory Fairbanks Mazda to everyone and the SkyActiv Mazda 3. I can't imagine a day when I will trade my car but when I do, the next car I buy will be from Cory Fairbanks Mazda too! More

It took us 5 hours to buy a car. We were repeatedly told 5 more minutes by our salesman. We were seated in a noisy showroom on hard plastic chairs and never offered a beverage even. From 2 - 7 PM. It is often said that a female should take a male figure with her when shopping for a car, a father, brother or a mechanic to make sure you are not being taken advantage of. With Michael Corpus that role was fulfilled; my prayers were answered. I’ve never trusted a dealership more than with Cory Fairbanks Mazda. I am very very blessed to have made my purchase here, I give God all of the praise for he worked everything out perfectly. My credit was very bad and was going to purchase a used vehicle for under $5000 from somewhere else and just hoped that it would last for 2 years. But I praise with you “To God I give all the glory!!” I walked out of that dealership in record time with a beautiful car. I have a brand new car and no worries. I was never hassled with ANYTHING. My wife and I believe to God be the Glory.We were in need of a vehicle and did'nt have the best of credit. We had given our current vehicle to our son who was in need. when we walked onto the lot we were sup of a vehicle and did'nt have the best of credit.
