We were introduced to Ashley Ramsey Sales Manager and Patricia Arguelles in VIP Customer Care. During our visit we experienced great, friendly and knowledgeable service from both Ashley and Patricia. We came in to get our car serviced and see a trade-in option for our other car. Patricia showed us the new CX-70 and was very thorough in explaining the vehicle features while educating us on the differences between our car and the CX-50. She was knowledgeable, not pushy and understood what we were looking for our next purchase. While our car was being serviced, Patricia was able to get us to test drive a 2024 CX50 and after receiving a favorable trade-in offer for our 2nd car from her manager, we decided to purchase the car.
