When I arrived, Kerwin had my new cx9 out front freshly detailed and finance had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. I literally walked in, signed the finance paperwork, and left home in my new cx9 in less than an hour. Now that’s customer service! Please recognize Kerwin for his efforts.
