I love this place. I love 5 minutes from one, but I go out of my way to come to this one, but today was different. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, inspection, I love 5 minutes from one, but I go out of my way to come to this one, but today was different. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, inspection, the usual stuff. Someone usually comes to check on me, tell me recommendations, or I'll receive a video with some recommendations but I had nothing this time. Sat there for two hours then received a text saying my vehicle was ready. I specifically wrote in the comments when booking this appointment I did not want a car wash. And when they asked at the desk, I repeated, I do not want a car wash. I only handwash my car. I also have lights under my car, so when I came out to my car, one of the wires had been pulled out. I tried to plug it in but couldn't reach. Didn't really feel like squeezing under my car. I went back, explained what happened and they seemed annoyed with me. It's not my fault no one listened to me. I asked them if they can take it back and plug it in because I can't reach. Sent a guy out, he struggled, but squeezed under and plugged it in. Which I really do appreciate. I was just getting bad vibes and didn't appreciate it. About 30 minutes after I left, my advisor finally sent the text with the video review and recommendations for my car. Idk I just didn't enjoy this experience. More
