Roni, Thank you for your review. I appreciate you letting me and others know how much you enjoyed the amenities that we are now providing our service customers. Besides those you mentioned, which were very important, we have desks with plugs where customer can hook their laptops and take advantage of the free wireless service we provide. We like to make sure your customer get our best so the coffee provided is a special brewing system for Starbuck products, coffee to hot chocolate. Thank you for pointing out how the Service Advisors work as a team so that every customer receives service quickly. The Service Advisors are always checking to make sure you receive everything you are due, like the filter under warranty. Having your regular SA back for the final paperwork made sure he could meet with you and help you plan for future services. Royal, I really appreciate your review and your taking valuable time to write it. I am certainly concerned that we could have done a better job on explaining each step. I will have his manager discuss with Reggie the points you made, toward making sure that his communications with customers improves and that each step is clearly understood throughout the buying experience. The same will go for the Finance person who went over the sales agreement with you. I insist that every customer understands every step, and all questions and concerns are addressed before a purchase. I really appreciate you driving from a long distance to visit Sport Mazda.
