Great car and amazing sales rep Nelson This is my first experience buying a Subaru. I was looking for the safest car I could buy at a reasonable price for my twin teenagers. After a test This is my first experience buying a Subaru. I was looking for the safest car I could buy at a reasonable price for my twin teenagers. After a test drive we decided on the Outback and ordered on of the new 2020 models. We just got the car last week and it is amazing. They love it. But the real surprise was the service we received from Nelson. Most sales people focus in on the parent purchasing the car. Not Nelson. He spent a lot of time with the twins asking them questions and explaining the features of the car. He also gave them some advise on the importance of driver safety. A few days after the visit we put the car on order. The twins could not wait and incessantly asked "is it here yet" every day. Without even asking Nelson started to text me just to check in on how the twins were doing and give me updates. I would share the texts with the twins at dinner. One day I got a call from Nelson on his day off to tell me the car was here early. He knew how excited the twins would be to get their first car and cared enough to reach out immediately. I flew home on the red eye from a business trip and went directly to the dealership to pickup the car. That night we surprised the twins. The were not expecting it at all. They walked out of a restaurant and noticed an Outback that looked just like the one we ordered. They looked in the windows and said "hey this is the new model dad, just like what we ordered." Then the hatch magically opened and it dawned on them that this was THEIR CAR. It was really fun to watch. But then they asked about Nelson and if he helped deliver the car. So I showed them a video I shot of Nelson sitting in the car congratulating them and telling them to drive safely. That was the icing on the cake. They really look up to him. I can't say enough about how my twins and I were treated. I know sales people make a living by selling as many cars as possible. But I honestly believe that this dealership cares more about creating a relationship with their customers and treating them as friends no high pressure sales tricks. Thank you Nelson. They will never forget their first car, and the man that gave them solid advice about some important things in life. That advice will last much longer than the Subaru. He emailed me immediately confirming the appointment. When I showed up at the dealership he greeted me by name outside and got me in the vehicle for a drive in 10 minutes. The dealership worked with me to get me out of a car I had just purchased 4 months earlier. I never felt pressured or pushed into the deal. Robert and Gil Amir (finance) treated me like the educated adult that I am and we talked over several options for financing and I picked the one that worked for my budget and brought home a beautiful blue Subaru WRX STI manual. They had the entire deal done in three hours start to finish. More

When it came time to purchase or lease, Mike thoroughly went over the different options and the pros and cons of each. It was a pleasure to do business with Mike. We arrived thinking that we would have a long stressful day dealing with a sharky salesman but instead we left happy and stress free.
