Our sales person Christine Brightwell was very easy to work with, and I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase while in the dealership. She helped me to get the exact car I wanted and worked with me to get a higher trade-in value. I would recommend working with Christine when purchasing a Subaru- before, during and after my purchase she was attentive and helpful, explaining all my options. Very patient and it was much appreciated. I also appreciate the on-site independent insurance agent, Erik Del Cid. He was able to save me $27.00 a month on car insurance by switching from Allstate to Progressive. It's worth talking with him. More

With only 5 days remaining before my 2014 Impreza lease ended and wanting to get back into an Outback (previous owner 2005-2014) this dealership, and With only 5 days remaining before my 2014 Impreza lease ended and wanting to get back into an Outback (previous owner 2005-2014) this dealership, and specifically Alejandra and Orlando, gave me the time, attention and effort needed to transition me to my next Outback (2nd lease, 3rd Subaru since 2005) in less than one weekend. I started looking at 5 pm Saturday. After checking inventory received that day we put together a plan that met my needs and budget. Less than 24 hours later I drove away in a 2017 Subaru Outback Limited that came off the delivery truck that morning with less than 3 miles on the odometer. 8 days later we came back for our next lease, a Crosstrek for our 25 year old son. Our salesperson, Andrew Kitchens, was relaxed and straightforward. Took us on a couple of test drives on two different days, and though he offered the models on the lot, was more than happy to accept our order for the exact model/specs directly from the factory. Arrived 6 weeks later. Scheduled a pick up, had a reasonably quick paperwork session with the financial rep (who didn't pressure too much with the add-ons), and drove off in our freshly cleaned car after a walk-through of all of its features. Andrew has followed up by phone weekly just to see if we have any questions. A great experience! More
