When my father-in-law, who is an engineer and researches every purchase to the full extent and scrutinizes every part of a purchase of ANYTHING - well, if he says the experience was excellent and he would recommend the dealership and Trevor at Sport Subaru - well, you listen! And he was spot-on! Trevor was excellent to deal with and did everything we asked and more! He detailed the costs, line per line of everything we were paying for in clear and distinct detail and spent the time to answer every question we had. The lifetime powertrain warranty is unparalleled. Believe me, we looked all over for some other Subaru dealership to provide this and we could not find it in the US! We were willing to go out of state for that, but we could not find that at any other dealership. Trevor was patient and had answers for all of our questions and the rest of the people we dealt with at Sport Subaru were great as well. No pressure - just patient from the moment we were on the lot to the time we left and following up with us on everything. Trevor is the MAN!!! He showed me the car, we test drove it and finalized the deal in less than an hour. Not only did he assist me in the negotiations, but two days later, he delivered the car to me on his day off so I didn't have to make the drive back to Orlando. The sales and finance team at Sport Subaru enhanced the experience. We initially browsed the lot, without a salesman as we said we just wanted to look. After looking at our options with other brands, we contacted David, through the internet sales, and he answered questions about the warranties provided and helped start the financing ball rolling. After returning to the dealership, James and David provided a demonstration of the eyesight technology, and then we test drove several models that we were interested in buying. Once we settled on a vehicle James worked with us on all the paperwork and getting us a great price. Jonathan was very helpful in the finance department providing low interest rate, and talking through the other options for the vehicle. The car was prepped for us during this time period, and James finished everything up with showing us how to use the features in the vehicle. I like the concept and how the dealership works as a team.
