I knew very well before hand that was the car I wanted, and this one even came with an STI short shifter which was a nice surprize. I first was in contact with David Roman and he handed me over to David Santiago. They were both friendly and very laid back. I went back the next day for a test drive and ended up signing all the paperwork and drove home with it. Whole process was simple and only took a few hours. I was offered plenty of water and snacks while waiting. I would recommend this dealership/sales associates to others. Prior to my visit here I went to another Subaru dealer in the area and my experience was definitely better here due to the laid back environment, transparency, and the figures originally quoted were much better. The value of the final deal was okay for the area from what I researched online. More
