We panicked at the thought of sweltering heat for the next two months. At random we called Don Mealey Sport Subaru and had the good fortune to talk to Tony Nguyen, one of their service advisors. He was fantastic! Not only did he immediately put our minds at ease, he fit us into their schedule the next morning, assuring us he could take of the problem. On top of that he got us a loaner car so the impact on our vacation was negligible. He quickly and efficiently handled the paperwork, called us with updates, and was just a delight to deal with. I can't say enough good things about Tony and Don Mealey Sport Subaru. More

I was on a lease and still had some time to shop around. I had a subaru previously and was very happy with it. I wasnt looking to stick with subaru this time around because I had recently moved from the Harsh winters in New York to sunny Florida. I didn't find as much need for an all wheel drive vehicle. However i knew they were good cars and wanted to check the place out still. My husband and I were greeted by Jonathan and he then spent hours with us looking out cars and trying them. I felt like Jonathan kept it real with us the entire time. He was very personable and knowledgeable. One thing lead to another and I was driving away in a new Subaru outback. The whole company did a great job but Jonathan is the one who really earned our business. More

StarLink stopped working After numerous calls to StaarLink telling us it was working on their end, they told we had to take it our the dealership. After having our Outback for After numerous calls to StaarLink telling us it was working on their end, they told we had to take it our the dealership. After having our Outback for 4 days, the dealership said they couldn't fix it, that it had to be on StarLinks end. And even though StarLink told us that they would personally fly someone to our house if the dealership couldn't fix it, that (didn't happen. Finally StarLink and our dealership finally worked together to get us the part needed to finally get the job done. Bottom line, StarLink sent the dealership the required part needed. The dealership had our car fixed in one day and StarLing working again. The dealership gave us our first tune-up free and StarLink sent us a Subaru umbrella and ice chest for all the back and forth we went through before it was finally fixed. We were very pleased the outcome and the attention provided us as a valued customer. . More

It now has over 178,000 miles on it, Since I bought my 2006 Legacy GT Turbo wagon new in late 2005, I've had it serviced exclusively by Sport Subaru. It now has over 178,000 miles on it, and I still love the way it looks in a parking lot (or in my driveway). It's a rare example of sleek Subaru styling. And it runs strong! The Service techs and the mechanics have taken good care of it. I'm so pleased with the Service and Subaru brand that I just bought a 2020 Subaru WRX. I look forward to many years with it, also. More

Very pleased Brought my Outback for an oil change. I was asked right off if I had an appointment. I told them no and explained that their website indicated there w Brought my Outback for an oil change. I was asked right off if I had an appointment. I told them no and explained that their website indicated there was no need to schedule an appointment for an oil change through the Express Service. I was disappointed to hear that it could take 2-3 hours. The service person suggested that if I came back later in the day my wait would most likely be less. So I came back at the time suggested and again was told my wait could be about 2 hours or so. I had no ride to pick me up so I decided just to wait it out. While I was waiting, the people working the service department were very attentive to those of us in the waiting room - they asked everyone if we would like some fruit to snack on or bottled water to drink - nice touch. I was even more surprised that my vehicle was ready within an hour. Employees were very friendly all around even though it was obvious the service department was very busy. Suggestion - keep the Express Service an actual express service. Overall I will be back and do recommend this dealership. More
