Brought may car in to have some aftermarket work done and a couple of warranty items taken care of. When we went over the car Rob pointed out a few minor blemishes in the paint he thought he could take care of and did just that. Picked up the car, it was spotless and all work was perfectly done. Also supplied loaner car. I live almost an hour away from this dealer and needless to say I will be taking my car there every time I need any dealer service done. If you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional dealer to service you car look no further... you just found them. More

I want to amend my previous review, in which I included a couple of criticisms. In that review, I was remiss in neglecting to mention that, in spite of what I consider excessively high costs & labor rates, couple of criticisms. In that review, I was remiss in neglecting to mention that, in spite of what I consider excessively high costs & labor rates, this service center has also consistently extended courtesy discounts and, on several occasions, courtesy service in which I was not charged at all for the service provided. I mentioned in my previous review, and I repeat here, that over the past 10 years, this service department has excelled in customer service, courtesy, and respect, as it continues to do so to this day. Consequently, as I have changed my address twice since first visiting this dealer, I continue to take my car there for service, even though it is significantly farther from my residence than other Acura dealers, and I will likely continue to do so in the foreseeable future. I highly recommend this dealership for its service department. More
Service at this dealer is generally outstanding. I have only only 2 negative criticisms - 1. Prices, especially labor costs, are much too high; 2. My Fiance and I were looking to get the MDX . We had spoke with a really nice young salesman and he was VERY helpful. He was new so he had to call in Joe to help him out with the deal. We will very open with what we wanted and he made all these promises that it would work out. We left a $3000 deposit because the car we wanted wasn't in stock. We were told it would take a couple days for the car to come in. We waited over a week and a half before the car was in. When my fiance went back to finish all the final paperwork, he met with the person in charge of the loans. Apparently everything JOE had told us was a flat out LIE. These guys will do ANYTHING to sell a car. Typical cheesy car salesmen. I feel sorry for the young gentleman who was originally helping us because I would have loved to give HIM the business. We walked away after we found out that the APR was different, that they wouldn't turn in our trade in, and various other things. BEWARE they will tell you whatever you want to hear, but when it comes time to sign the paperwork, they will most likely not give you what you asked. Also, they told us that our $3000 deposit couldn't be refunded right away because it was a saturday. That we would get the money back on monday, which I did not find out until my fiance got home, which is ILLEGAL. More
I think that the dealership does an excellent job at customer service. The service representative made sure that I was informed of the status of my car at regular intervals and made sure I was comforta customer service. The representative even offered me a light refreshment during my wait. I was told that the service would take an hour and my car was delivered to me washed and vacuumed in just under an hour. To speed up the process, the representative made sure all of the paperwork was ready while my car was being washed so that I could take care of payment and be on my way as quickly as possible. In terms of customer service, Springfield Acura is clearly top notch. I would definitely refer other Acura owners to Springfield Acura for service and/or for buying a new vehicle. More
